JOINT CARE STACK
This stack was designed to help maintain, and/or rebuild, the integrity and strength of the joints of the human body. Hard training athletes, of all types, create a plethora of wear and tear on not only their muscles, but on the connective tissues that allow them to function optimally. And since muscle is generally stronger and more resilient than the joints around them, injury and breakdown can easily occur in areas such as the shoulders, wrists, and knees. Use this stack to keep connective tissues intact so that you can train as hard as you want without worry of injury, strain or pain.
COLLAGEN: Take 1-2 scoops per day mixed with 8-12 oz of your favorite beverage. Mixes well into a protein shake such as ISOFLEX
VITASTACK: Take 1 packet per day with breakfast.
ALLFLEX: Take 2-4 caps per day with a morning or evening meal.
OMEGA 3: Take one gel cap 3 times per day with meals.
